This paper presents, by means of Alexandrov topology for fuzzy preordered sets and specialization order for fuzzy topological spaces, a systematic investigation of the interrelationship between fuzzy preordered sets, topological spaces, and fuzzy topological spaces. © 2006 Elsevier B.V.
